For a return to be processed we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 7 days after delivery has been made. We do not pay return postage but we will be happy to provide you the necessary information to complete your return within this time frame. Please note that all purchases made with a promotion code or at a sale price are not refundable.
For exchanges we ask that you email us at email@example.com within the first 7 days after delivery has been made. We do not pay return postage on exchanges but can fulfill a new size for the exact item if that size is available.
